I have never worn a water push-up bra and I have to say I am very impressed. I thought it would feel awkward but much to my surprise the bras are very comfortable. So comfortable that I forget it was filled with liquid push-up pads. I am fairly small chested so it was fun to see the bra help to create a dramatic cleavage.
