What is the Peak Fitness System?
The Peak Fitness System is a challenging and intensive full-body workout that blends cardio and strength to reset your metabolism. It includes 8 DVD's that lead you through progressive intervals, allowing you to stay in your ideal metabolic zone for longer without exhaustion.
The system also includes: resistance bands to get toned faster, a nutrition guide with yummy recipes, a workout calendar and 2 additional workout DVD's "Core Dynamics" and "Anytime Anywhere".
The workouts are intense but that's exactly what I'm looking for in a fitness program. I was excited and a little frustrated with some of the exercises but what I loved is that they are done in intervals so they are not that long and you will get stronger as you continue the program. There is an interval clock at the bottom of the screen which shows you how much time you have remaining (genius!). Just remember, do what you can and track your progress. You will be surprised at how much you have progressed!
I loved the meal plan! It's easy to understand and they choices are delicious, filling and endless. I love that you are encouraged to eat 6 meals a day. I believe in eating throughout the day and especially with this workout routine you will need your energy!
*What I also like is the energetic background music and trainer Michelle will keep you going with her high-energy. She's totally inspiring!
